Uzbekistan Launches Agricultural Land Registration System Based on Innola Framework

April 19, 2021

The state registration of agricultural land has begun in the Tashkent region using an information system

The system was developed with the participation of the World Bank as part of the ‘Modernization of the System of Real Estate Registration and Cadastre’ project.

According to the State Cadastral Agency, the registration was conducted successfully in the Akkurgan district of the Tashkent region using the system based on the Innola Framework

Information about the agricultural land is now collected using a single platform. In this platform, the total arable land area, land types and intended use, as well as legal status and other information, are displayed on electronic coordinate-based maps.

After the full information about the land is entered into the system, the land is registered in the name of the farm, and an extract from the state register with a special QR code is issued by the system.
