Service Specifics

Tailored Requirements for Evolving Business Needs

The requirements gathering includes discussion and documentation of the proposed re-engineered business processes that meet client’s objectives, while adhering to the respective legislative requirements and best practice. This means the detailed requirements reflect the current state and needs but might evolve and extend with the time of the system implementation and specific norms and procedures required to be adopted and factored into the system.

The key concept of the approach is in the analysis of the different data sources from a perspective of the integrated services and enterprise system functions, in defining migration schemas of the digitized data directly into the future system unified database, and in customizing conversion processes accordingly as an integral part of that future enterprise system.
