The Workstation (back office) component provides the user the tools to perform a chain of title search and produce the prerequisite data transferred to the title insurance/closing software, Qualia’s Resware.
The public facing component is based on Innola’s Gateway (public portal) approach but customized specifically for this client’s commercial vision and needs of their customers.
The registry part of the system now holds not only deed records with related scans but also various kinds of cadastral data.
The second phase resulted in the implementation of the public portal for end users, which gives them the ability to access deed records based on the selected subscription type. Additionally, end users—realtors, attorneys, legal professionals, and even public users—can submit various requests for property data verification, review, and report preparation.
