Systeme d’Information du Foncier Rural (SIFOR)

SIFOR, which is based on Innola® technologies, facilitates the digitization of land management processes, creating a secure, centralized digital register that adheres to LADM ISO 19152 international standard. Namely, SIFOR:

• Creates a secure digital register of rural land in Ivory Coast
• Digitizes the land bundle; the land bundle refers to all the forms required for the land certification
• Integrates the Unique Land Identifier of Ivory Coast (IDUFCI) and ensures better integration of literal, documentary, and geographical data
• Enhances data security

The system also offers dashboards for monitoring various procedures and activity reports that provide insights into SIFOR operations. Users also have access to a dedicated Web portal from desktop computers or mobile devices.

Integration with external systems is carried out through SIFOR Open API using specially developed data exchange formats. All cadastral, registration, and valuation information is stored in a unified cadastral-registration database.
