Projects Description

UZKAD is designed and implemented to meet the needs and resolve problems of all stakeholders and parties interested in managing land resources

The system provides optimal balance between the functionality, simplicity of use, flexibility of configuration and adaptation to specific extending needs.

This new comprehensive solution implemented in years 2020-2022 is one of the six base platforms of the electronic management. The platform is built using many years of the vendor practical international experience in designing, developing and supplying computerized land management systems.

Innola Solutions was conducting the business area analysis and re-engineering services and as a technology provider responsible for customizing the Innola® framework to implement a unified land administration system UZKAD and ensuring post-implementation technical support.

UZKAD system is based on the Innola® Framework technologies, which is a professional software platform based on open-source components with web interface for registering, inventorying and managing all kinds of real estate

The system includes five main components:

UZKAD is centralized solution serving more than 200 regional and district offices in Uzbekistan.

The system is built on a cluster architecture with:

UZKAD provides a public component (front-office), which maintains remote web-filing for registered (through nationwide authorization system OneID) users.

UZKAD is fully integrated into existing governmental and professional communities IT eco-system with the functionality to exchange data with external systems (tax authorities and other state institutions, notaries, banks and professional societies). Search access of the recorded data (parties, properties, interests and documents) is granted base on the predetermined access rights for public or authorized users.
